3% of the token supply was made available to the public according to their level of engagement after SoMon Season 1 on the mobile app. As seen in the graph, 93% of tokens is locked in the SoMon's decentralized vault and will be automatically redistributed to future Season winners, at a pace of 1% per Season. The rest (4%) is kept for liquidity purposes.

Token supply from the decentralized vault will be distributed to winners automatically, at a pace of 1% monthly.&#x20;

### How to claim your airdrop

All you have to do is to open the **SoMon mobile app** on the Home screen, and click on the Airdrop button on the top-right corner!&#x20;

After pressing the claim button, please wait for a moment as there are usually tremendous amount of players trying to claim the token at the same time, which causes high traffic in the blockchain.&#x20;

Now that you've got your $OwO, what can you do with it?

### 1/ HODL as much $OwO as possible to earn more Points

Whether you put your $OwO in your SoMon in-app wallet / your attached wallet, you will get a daily snapshot for the $OwO you're holding during the Season, and earn a significant number of Points on the app!

During Season 2, HODLing 50 $OwO could make you earn 5 Points per day!&#x20;

### 2/ Trade it or grab more of it on a DEX

$OwO can also be traded on Base. At present, only transactions from [Decentralized Exchanges](https://dexscreener.com/base/0x09c149c856e6fb6e40aa39209142411b554b1a41) such as [Uniswap](https://app.uniswap.org/) are supported.

The $OwO tokens need to be sent to the attached wallet via the "Withdraw" function of the in-app wallet first.&#x20;

# Seasons

One Season generally lasts around one month, with the airdrop happening the day after it ends!

There is a total of **93 Seasons** (!) in this SoMon journey and there will be new app features added for each of them! For example, Season 2 is a Tribe Season, in which players can mint a tribe name, invite other members into the Tribe, and earn Points from growing it!

Each Season has a new theme and becomes new playground for all members to earn more $OwO as there will be new updates and new quests to complete.&#x20;

# Points

SoMon Points are the lifeline on the amount of airdrop a member will get at the end of a Season.

The Point <=> $OwO conversion rate is set **the day of the airdrop**, as it would depend on the number of app participants, and the number of Points accumulated during the season for proper token distribution.

### There are several ways to gain Points in the app:

* Completing quests such as giving out likes or publishing a new post

Once you own your NFT, you must connect your wallet to your SoMon account to make your Point boost effective.

After purchasing the NFT and binding the NFT wallet to the SoMon app, please do not panic on why there is no bonus active yet in your account. The reason why your bonus is not shown yet is because the latest refresh of BaseChain would be UTC+0 00:00.&#x20;

However, if you found out that your bonus haven't arrive even after the refresh, please seek help from the discord community as they are there to help.&#x20;


# Membership

Similarly to OwOG NFTs, you can earn up to a +100% boost on future token rewards at each SoMon Season.

However, unlike NFTs, which are permanent, membership boo[^1]sts are reset at the beginning of every Season! One membership provides a +20% boost each, and up to 5 can be purchased each season.

To acquire a membership, please follow the steps below:

# Tribes

Tribes are a on-chain & user-owned group within the SoMon app, centered around any topic, hobby, point of interest, or influencer. People can post and comment relevant content to a Tribe.

The Tribe system was opened to all SoMon members around Season 2 and there will be more and more updates and functionalities for your community to thrive!&#x20;

### How To Create A Tribe?&#x20;

* Step 1 :&#x20;

Open the side bar on the left-hand side of the app, and click on "Create Tribe"&#x20;

* Step 2 :&#x20;

Select the category your future Tribe belongs to

* Step 3 :&#x20;

Enter the name of your Tribe and confirm. Please be mindful that the Tribe name must be between 1 and 22 characters. It can only contain latin letters without accents/special characters (a-z), digits (0-9), underscores (\_) and dots (.).&#x20;

# Wallet

The SoMon app automatically creates a wallet for every user signing up, making the user experience smoother for users unfamiliar with Web3 and crypto.

### SoMon AA Wallet

SoMon uses what is called "Account Abstraction Wallets", aka AA wallet. AA wallets tend to simplify user experience and abstract away complex blockchain concepts such as private keys or gas fees. They can be easily managed via traditional login methods and can be transacted through smart contracts without the need for a traditional external owner account (EOA).&#x20;

Each AA wallet's gas fees are subsidized by the SoMon app, making transactions smooth and virtually free for users.

Transactions within the SoMon app, whether they are for airdrop-boosting [Memberships](/rewards/membership) (in ETH), creating a [Tribe](/somon-app/tribes), or boosting a post with [Megaphones](/somon-app/megaphone) (in USDC), are done via the SoMon AA Wallet.

Any user can find this wallet page by pressing your profile picture as shown:

# Megaphone

Megaphone is a never-seen-before on-chain advertisement feature on the SoMon App. It helps users make sure their content, posts and messages are reaching relevant people across Tribes. Revenue generated by Megaphones are eventually redistributed to the community, in a decentralized way.<br>

Here are the steps that you can use Megaphone yourself:

Publish a new post or find an old post in your profile history. Then press the Boost button to use the Megaphone feature!&#x20;

# Content Guidelines

SoMon is an app where users are free to express their views. Nonetheless, everyone must be mindful to keep SoMon a space that is enjoyable and fun for everyone.

## Basic Guidelines

### 1. Respect Others :&#x20;

Any form of discrimination, harassment, or cyberbullying is prohibited.&#x20;

Respect others' opinions and privacy. Do not post others' personal information such as address.&#x20;

### 2. No Explicit Content :&#x20;

Posts containing explicit images or content will be removed from feed (Both Home Feed and Tribe).&#x20;

> Users confirmed to have posted explicit content will have 500 points deducted and will no longer be recommended. Some users may also be banned and have a 5000 points deduction if the post is too exaggerated.&#x20;

Users confirmed to have posted explicit content will be flagged as "Blacklisted". "Blacklisted" users will no longer be able to be seen by other users.&#x20;

### 3. No Illegal Activities :&#x20;

Any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to copyright infringement, fraud, and spreading malware, is prohibited.&#x20;

### 4. Content Review :&#x20;

All posted content must comply with community standards. Administrators have the right to remove inappropriate content within the Tribe they own.

Depending on the severity, violating posts will be deleted, and **500 points will be deducted.**&#x20;

### 5. Spamming :&#x20;

Any form of spam, including but not limited to advertisements, duplicate posts, and Tribe-irrelevant content, is prohibited.&#x20;

All spammers who got their 70% of points deducted could be found in this [Google Sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qVLSFZa4-KrWJCs1vU8cm4QvSC1UGBQqKU87Hidhm6Q/edit?gid=0#gid=0).

### 6. Plagiarism Policy :

We take plagiarism seriously and will not tolerate any form of content duplication in our community. If you are found to have plagiarized content from another user on SoMon, you will be subject to the following penalties:&#x20;

* Deduction of 100 points from your account

To report plagiarism of any sort, please fill our [form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSevFIDT0XOix1kUGcoRejTqu-kZvEMl4JFMWGUdmbn2TaApGA/viewform) and provide the following information:&#x20;

* A screenshot of the original content and the plagiarized content&#x20;
* Links to both the original and the plagiarized content&#x20;

Our Team will review the report and take prompt and appropriate action. We encourage all users to respect the original work of others and uphold the integrity of our community.

### Penalties&#x20;

Members who violate the above guidelines will be subject to appropriate penalties based on the severity of the violation, including but not limited to warnings and point deductions.

### Appeal Mechanism&#x20;

If members have objections to the penalties, they can appeal through designated channels on [Discord Ticket](https://discord.gg/somon-owo). The management team will investigate and handle the appeal upon receipt.&#x20;

### Updates and Revisions&#x20;

These guidelines will be updated and revised periodically according to the development and needs of the community. Members are encouraged to stay updated with the latest announcements.&#x20;

# Leaderboards

The SoMon app has a section called Leaderboards, where users can compete weekly against each other to obtain precious Badges to get more $OwO rewards at the end of the season!

* King Badge&#x20;

Each member is given a chance to climb to the top! Having a lot of friends to refer, holding $OwO, or making as many Points as possible from posts, likes and Tribes are some of the ways to achieve that goal!

### Promotion and Relegation&#x20;

* Each week, the top 10 in a League (with a minimum number of Points) will be promoted to the next League.
* The middle will stay in the current League.&#x20;
* The bottom 10 will be relegated to the previous League.
* For King League, only the top 15 would stay in the league. The rest is relegated to Diamond

### Score Reset&#x20;

* Every Wednesday at 12:00am UTC, all players will be assigned to a new League.
* In a new League, scores will be reset, and rankings will be recalculated to start the new week of promotions and relegations.

### Relations to Total Score&#x20;

* The total score for the Season is cumulative and not affected by the weekly score reset.&#x20;
* The Leaderboard reflects your weekly performance and is independent to your total score.&#x20;

### League Assignment&#x20;

* Each user with points will be assigned to a League consisting of around 30 people.
* Each week, the top-ranked users will be promoted to the next-tier League.
